Boiler packed up last night leaving use with no heating or hot water during the worst cold snap in ages (the so called "beast from the east"). Reported the issue through the Worcester Bosch website and received a call from Tom first thing this morning who then battled through snow drifts with his colleague to get to us and fixed our problem. We now have heating/hot water working again. Many thanks to Tom and his colleague for prompt, friendly and truely excellent service.

Tom and Mark did an excellent job of replacing our old gas boiler. It was a bit tricky ( one of those small quirky Wirksworth houses) but they tackled it cheerfully and professionally, kept to time and left all tidy and clean.
